Sodium carbonate (soda ash) is a white, crystalline powder with an alkaline taste. Soluble in water and glycerin, insoluble in alcohol. Its many uses include in photography, cleaning compounds, pH control, food additive and glass manufacturing. This is a stock item. Usually ships within 24 hours.
