The Konus MotorMax 130 combines performance and ease of use with a compact, portable telescope design. Large 130mm (5.1") Maksutov-Cassegrain multi-coated optics deliver bright, crisp views, all from a compact 18" long tube. Multispeed hand control allows you to precisely control telescope's tracking speed during long, timed astrophoto exposures. Motors on both R.A. and Declination axes permit automatic object tracking and correction once the telescope is polar aligned.

The Konus MotorMax 130 has the light-gathering power to capture faint deep-sky objects. It also has a long enough focal length, 2000mm (f/15.3), to achieve the higher magnifications necessary for vivid planetary and lunar study.
