The Kestrel 4000 is designed to fit the needs of a variety of users including HVAC and environmental engineers, meteorologists, auto racers and hang gliders. This compact weather instrument can automatically or manually store up to 250 data points.
An optional PC interface is available so data can be uploaded for long-term storage, in-depth analysis and detailed charting. Simply connect the interface cable to the serial port on your PC, rest the Kestrel 4000 on the cradle, and upload your stored data. The included software saves the data in a comma delimited text file for use in your choice of applications: text editor, spreadsheet or database.

Unique to the Kestrel 4000 is the Chart Mode, which allows users to recall and graph up to 250 measurements, along with the date and time of storage.
