Simply connect the interface cable to the USB port on your PC, rest the Kestrel 4000 on the cradle attached to the cable, and upload your stored data. The included software is easy to use and saves the data in a comma separated values format (CSV). To perform more in-depth data analysis and manipulation, or prepare charts or graphs, you may open the .csv files in Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123, or other spreadsheet program.
