The Atago RX-7000 (alpha) measures Refractive Index over a wide range, from 1.3250 to 1.7000, with a measuring temperature range up to 70°C. This is ideal for samples with a high Refractive Index, oils and fats with a high melting point, and other similar samples.
This is an improved model for a measurement range of refractive index and measurement temperature of an RX-5000 ( alpha ). It is best for measuring oils and fats of high melt point, higher refractive index perfumes, organic solvents, etc. The RX-7000 (alpha ) has the manual calibration facility which compensate difference in standard liquids and measurement values by other refractometers.
