These ready-to-use, sterile, petri plates (100mm x 15mm) contain a Tryptic Soy Agar with 5% sheep's blood nutrient. Ideal for general bacteria growth science projects. These ten plates are supplied in a sterile-wrapped package. Also included are a pack of our NC-7335 Sterile Cotton Inoculating Swabs.

Just swipe plate surface with bacteria collected on a sterile swab and let grow in a warm, undisturbed location.

These perishable plates must ship either 2-Day UPS or 1-Day UPS. Hence we ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. At check-out, only choose 1-Day or 2-Day shipping.

Refrigerate immediately when received. These plates will generally keep up to three months when refrigerated. Each pack stamped with expiration date.
